As a UX expert, I help teams design and improve the user experience of their digital systems, from omnichannel user journeys to mobile and desktop business applications. I specialize in projects with strong business analysis challenges, understanding and testing users needs and expectations to build efficient, usable and accepted interfaces. One of my area of expertise is team collaboration and co-conception. I am based in Geneva (Switzerland) as a freelance consultant, and teach design and ergonomics at the HEIG-VD in Yverdon-les-Bains.
